Website policy
Website Terms
Effective August 27, 2026
These terms govern use of the Strategy Funding Group website. They do not replace the terms of a signed client-services agreement.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
Informational content
Website content describes funding, RFP, nonprofit, compliance, visibility, and organizational-growth consulting capabilities. It is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, grant-award, or procurement advice. A separate written agreement is required before any client engagement begins.
Funding and contracting outcomes
Examples of opportunities, project types, and intended outcomes are illustrative. Eligibility rules, funding decisions, procurement outcomes, and third-party requirements are outside our control. No website statement guarantees an award, contract, revenue result, or level of performance.
Representative work
Project types and system concepts are representative unless a client is expressly identified. They should not be interpreted as a promise that every engagement will include the same features or outcomes.
Intellectual property
The Strategy Funding Group name, website design, original text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal viewing does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license.
Third-party services
Links to Calendly, The Strategy Counsel, Wix-hosted media, and other services are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an as-available basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy Funding Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.
Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
